This product is not lying when it says it's a vacumm! Proceed with caution when using and do start on the lower settings. You will see results pretty instantly, but you have to leave the pump on for an extended period of time to see lasting effects; so that's why I caution you to use a low setting, at least at first. My boyfriend's dick did grow in length but I would say that the pump aided more in his overall girth, which I was not mad about one bit! I love this pump for many reasons. Suction is great. SUPER EASY to operate and clean. Size of cylinder is perfect. There is grip on the tube so it’s not slippery with lube. It’s rechargeable.
